There is no one definition for that. The way I see it, it’s personal psychological growth. It’s about finding inner peace and wanting to know the answers to the big questions whether it’s through religion or personal experiences. For someone like me, it’s about being open to new experiences and not limiting myself by my own judgmental nature. Whatever I need to know will come to me. I am not a patient and I am not confused. Spirituality has been separated from religion quite a long time ago.
