I don’t know about his political proclivities, but Dr. Tharoor has been working with the UN for over 28 years, has a Ph.D. in Law & Diplomacy studies along with two Masters degrees from Tufts, and he’s a famous author - he’s won the Commonwealth Writers’ Prize.
Show me a Pakistani candidate who’s nearly as qualified as him for the post and I’ll support him.
True, Pakistan would be hard pressed to find a candidate that would match his credentials of being a apologist and a cheer leader for the fascist pogroms carried out by Hindu extremists in India...
Read his "India, From Midnight to Milleniuum" where he justifies the Hinduvta philosophy and RSS' agenda to Indianize/hinduize its minorities...A prototypical sophisticated and liberalized hindu, with fascist and bigotry inherently running in his veins...
