call for separatism/subversive activity against state and for marching to enemy country amount to treason.democracy allows fair trial for those who follow law of land no for those involved in separatist activities.Btw enough of this double standards by kashmiri muslims .they latch on secularism and democracy etc when they r at receiving end .they want other faiths to follow it but not for themselves.thats all evident from kashmiri pundits issue.
