Pakistani media borders on retarded when it comes to Indian content. On the one hand, they play these indian songs as background music, run indian movies every other day, run indian shows, even dramas on their channels, yet when they are discussing something about india, they always refer to it as ‘parosi mulk’ or ‘sarhad paar’. It seems as if just the word (name) “India” is banned…rest all is fair game. There is a channel that shows the famous dance show from India, ‘Dance India Dance’, and the title of the show has been digitally altered to ‘Dance Is Dance’. Who are they fooling? Other than PTV, all channels show indian films, dramas and reality shows. Yet Pakistani channels are all banned in India.

one of the many reasons, why I dont switch on Geo and ary, its like our neighbour culture is being imposed on us.
