As for having this feeling that some how the nucelar weapons are going to save Pakistan … remember Pakistan had to pull out of Kargil, that time nucelar weapons did not do much to help Nawaz when he was read the riot act by Clinton !!!
Same was the case with Mushy … he was warned by a low “level state department” offical- “to be bombed to stone age”… that time also nucelar weapons did little to save him … and he had to do a u-turn
So a nuclear Pakistan has done u-turns in past and this time is no different !!
