India needs Pakistan to justify its massive defense spending, as well as its occupation of Kashmir (turning Kashmir into a police state with no regard for human rights etc...)...
Who does India have to justify to ???????
Pakistan army needs a reason for its survival and to take over democratic insitutions in Pakistan .... by the threat from India it can step in as a defender of the country and do the kind of things they have been doing .... and the ordinary people of Pakistan have to suffer. India has no such complusion ......
