Indian Army To Deploy Prostitutes As A Women Battalion In Held Kashmir

Re: Indian Army To Deploy Prostitutes As A Women Battalion In Held Kashmir

Not discussing the supposed "implementation of the UNCIP resolutions" I am discussing the nature of the resolutions you have confused. When the status and legal obligations of these resolutions is established I will come to Resolution 126.

 1. UNSC and UNCIP resolutions are not the same.
 2. You agree that UNCIP resolutions are non-binding.

^CM, bael kay agaay bheen bajana...

There is no "supposed" implementation of UNCIP resolutions ...... if you are going to enforce UNSC resolution 126 ...... that can only happen if you implement the UNCIP resolution ... "suppose" bit is your own invention.

Perhaps you are not aware as to how the UNSC works ... you need to get some insight into its working ..... read a bit on Chapter 6 under which Kashmir issue is discussed, you will have a lot of answers ...

tare samne to kissi ne bheen nahi bhajiye .... kahan bag gaya ... CM ko akela chod ker :D

Re: Indian Army To Deploy Prostitutes As A Women Battalion In Held Kashmir

Sweetheart unlike you I have sat in the UNSC chamber. I have attended SC meetings and spoken on behalf of my country. Why do you think I am doing this so slow and easy for you? :D

Now back to the question. Care to answer it?

No wonder Pakistan is in such a mess .... now i know :D

So what does implementation of UNSC resolution 126 say .... do enlighten us .....

Re: Indian Army To Deploy Prostitutes As A Women Battalion In Held Kashmir

As always you know very little about which you speak. Answer the question first. I will get to your points as soon as you answer the question.

Here is a hint read the paragraph again. This time take into account the first word used and the first sentence. The first word since it is an operative paragraph denotes the action to be taken in a UN resolution.

Going round and round in circles .... yet you haven't answered my question ..... if UNSC resolution 126 is implemented .... is it necessary to implement the UNCIP resolutions ... simple

Re: Indian Army To Deploy Prostitutes As A Women Battalion In Held Kashmir

LMAO! Changing the subject each time. Answer the damn question. You allergic to answer a simple question? :D

If it makes it easier for you ... UNCIP is non-binding ... even though Pakistan has agreed to them ... go ahead

If Pak is such a mess I wonder what you call India with almost 40 percent living in EXTREME poverty, 6000 kids dying of starvation EVERY DAY, 800 million taking morning dump on streets, home to most and biggest terrorist organizations in the world and list goes on and on...

But keep trying one day you may understand all this... Oh BTW unlike you Faisal has worked for UN. To understand the jargon of resolution you should too....

I think he has a comprehension problem....

So that is why you ran away from here .... you dont understand the "jargon" .:D

Re: Indian Army To Deploy Prostitutes As A Women Battalion In Held Kashmir

Perfect they are non-binding. Now on to your paragraph. Let me quote it so we are agreed it is the same paragraph:
2. Requests the United Nations Representative for India and Pakistan to make any recommendations to the parties for further appropriate action with a view to making progress towards the implementation of the resolutions of the U.N.C.I.P of 13 August 1948 and 5 January and towards a peaceful settlement ;
That is the paragraph you wish to discuss correct?

Its because bael kay agay bheen bajana, hope you comprehend this much.. LOL...

So they are non - binding .... but Pakistan recognisesd and accepts the UNCIP resolutions ..... Please continue

Re: Indian Army To Deploy Prostitutes As A Women Battalion In Held Kashmir

Doesn't matter what Pakistan accepted or not, because India abstained from the resolution. Anyway on to the paragraph I quoted. That the correct paragraph?

Now now ... you are trying to run away again .... Both India and Pakistan have "recognised" and "acepted" UNCIP resolution .... UNSC resolution 126 .... this resolution stands ...

Incidently only USSR abstained .... not India ...

Re: Indian Army To Deploy Prostitutes As A Women Battalion In Held Kashmir

We will get to that in due time. Now on to the paragraph you picked.

 1. Requests the United Nations Representative for India and Pakistan to make any recommendations to the parties for further appropriate action with a view to making progress towards the implementation of the resolutions of the U.N.C.I.P of 13 August 1948 and 5 January and towards a peaceful settlement ;

Point 1 What: Request - the UNSC is requesting
Point 2 Who: The United nations Representatives for India and Pakistan - Basically the governments
Point3 To do what: to make recommendations

So the UNSC wants India and Pakistan to make recommendations. Simple enough. But recommendations regarding what? Lets continue.

Point 4: To the parties - in this case the parties to the confict and the UNCIP
Point 5 Recommendations regarding what: With further appropriate action with a view to making progress

So lets recap.

So the UNSC wants India and Pakistan to make recommendations on appropriate actions to make progress.

But progress on what exactly? Lets see what it says again

Point 6 towards the implementation of UNCIP resolution

So to recap once again and place it all in a sentence the paragraph states:

The UNSC wants India and Pakistan to make recommendations on appropriate actions to make progress towards the implementation of UNCIP resolutions.

So what they want? They want recommendations.

Aam banda where are these recommendations? Got a link so we can further this discussion in an open and transparent manner?

Stumbled right at the starting block ... so posting it again ....

Requests the United Nations Representative for India and Pakistan to make any recommendations to the parties

Forgot the operative word there ...... it is the UN representative (like SRSG ... you must be familiar with the term) ..... it is not the UN representitves OF India and Pakistan

So now UNCIP is a party to the conflict :D ..... as you might NOT b aware ... this reolution was in 1957 and UNCIP was disbanded in 1950.

Please once again these are basic things you should know ....
