India won "thanks to umpires"

atlast india won thanks to umpires because they were unable to beat australia
they put pressure on umpires
and as a result umpires gives outs in favour of them because if this time they have given out against them
they would also have been thrown out of series

but rozi sub ko peari hoti hay
as a result umpires give hussy and symond wrong out to please india

this time indians are saying this is Human error
but when the decisions were against them they were saying umpire bucknor is biased etc etc

why they are not saying , umpires are biased this time as well

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

Next time watch the match before you write stupid crap!

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

meherealone,

why do you say that? if you have specific instances mention those so that we know there is some reasoning. without that if you just come and state what you have stated, fully knowing the imbecile umpiring in the second test against India and the open cheating Ponting did which is what took away the series from India ....all I can conclude is that you cannot give the due credit to India for whatever political and negative motives you have

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

mehere, if umpires can help Australia win then why not help Indians? (that is if they really did)

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

This forum is not the right place to release your pent-up feelings.

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

just read the post before writing the stupid crap , mr crap

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

I can't comment on the dismissals of Hussey and Symonds (would be great if someone could download the highlights of day 4) since I have n't seen them myself but apparently two 'excellent' LBW appeals against Ponting were turned down by the umpires. So it seems things evened out in the end

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

actually i am fed up , every time i tune to star cricket or espn etc
each compare , he/she is criticizing buknur
so much so as "human errors " has never happend before

i don't know when they critize buknur of being biased why they forgot the match when kumble taken 10 wickets against pakistan
what you will say about that umpiring
why indian not remember to that

why they have distroyed the career of excellent umpire

and if they critize buknor of being biased
then we can say

billy "new zealand " umpire , ( in cricket new zealand and austrialia are enemies )
asad raof ( pakistani asian , asians also hate australians)

so we have right to say both of them biased because both have given wrong decisions
billy give symond wrong out ( clear inside edge ) but he gave lbw

asad raof gave hussy lbw , haokay cleary shows that bowl was going meter above the wicket

so on indian terms both of them are biased

if they are not biased then buknor is also not biased and indian should shut their mouth

what ever you say

i always see , when india lose , they blame of everyone of being biased
so if they win with human errors of umpires
they should thanks umpires for being biased in their favour in their terms

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

yes why not
but this time they should thanx umpires
because two of their major mistakes led them win

if hussy and symond wouldn't have been wrong judged out
both have led australia to victory

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

thoes two excellent appleas were also excellent only by indian commentators not australians or neutrals

second i wish you could see both the dismisals

my point of view is not to mention that umpires were really biased
but to say , that when some umpires make mistakes against them , they blame him of being biased
now mistakes have been done in favour of them why they are calling human error

just tune to star cricket and listen

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

If Ponting had been given LBW (he escaped twice - thanks to Bowden) when the Indian bowlers were all over the Aussies in the morning, the Australian innings might have folded for much less.

Just for the record.....there were 6 wrong LBW decisions in this match :

Tendulkar (Rauf - 1st innings)
Dhoni ( Rauf - 1st innings)
Pathan (Bowden - 1st innings)
Rogers (Rauf - 1st innings)
Hussey (Rauf - 2nd innings)
Symonds (Bowden - 2nd innings)

Plus there were several LBWs not given :

Ponting (twice - 2nd innings - both by Bowden)
Dravid ( 1st innings - Rauf)
...and a few more I am told that I did not see

Given that there were so many iffy decisions made against either side, its difficult to say which team really benefited from Umpiring mistakes.

meherealone....I can feel your pain though...I know it hurts.

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

on cricinfo.com Dileep Premachandran writes

At lunch, with Australia three down, the match was still finely poised. But soon after the interval, RP jagged one back a little to strike Hussey on the knee roll. As he had with Sachin Tendulkar on the opening day, Asad Rauf chose to disregard the height and give the batsman out. Hussey had made 46, and his exit dimmed hopes of glory.

*specially wrote about sachin to show that it is human error
*

Worse was to follow for Australia. Symonds biffed Kumble for a six over long-on, but was then caught on the crease by a delivery that hurried through at 102kph. To the naked eye, it was plumb, and Billy Bowden's finger was already on the way up by the time a dismayed Symonds suggested an inside edge. Having drunk from a reservoir of luck in Sydney, Symonds found the well bone-dry across the continent in Perth.

specially mentioned about the sydney so show its human error

if everything is human error when goes in favour of indians then why accusing of being biased to umpire if human errors goes against them

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

why not look at the last match
there were also many human error against both teams

but you blame buknor of being biased and kicked him out as he was not human

Re: India won “thanks to umpires”

Congratulations India!!! The guys in blue really deserved this win. Specially the way Phattan inspired early in the Aus innings, then Sharma’s duel with Ponting, Sehwag’s brilliant spell towards the end and VVS Laxman’s usual cruising on the Island.

:k:

I am really happy that India won with a very conventional style of Test cricket. Each and every session was unique and crucial. Test cricket at its best.

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

one more thing
you also come up with the stuff to prove this is human error
but you didn't said that indian were wrong in saying buknor was biased

(you might have said some where else but i havn't read)

if australia would have won
you would have come with these that asad rauf is biased so kick him as well because india is lost due to biased umpiring
as india have won you and many on star cricket come with stuff that these are human errors

Re: India won “thanks to umpires”

you forgot to say thanx to umpires
otherwise hussy and symond would have led australia to victory and you and BCCI would have been blaming asad and billy of being biased and were demanding ICC to kick them out

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

You are not correct - in the last match India got the brunt of wrong decisions.....and at crucial occasions.

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

meherealone....as I said...I feel your pain buddy....don't get so pissed just because India won.

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

sory some1
i am biggest fan of indian team

i always like when india won through hardward
i liked the bowling of sharma , pathan and total hardwork in this match

if i look this match without the controversy of last match , this is superb

but you totally didn't got my point at all

i am just pointing to indian media the way they cricize umpires if the decision goes against them

Re: India won "thanks to umpires"

hahaha funny thread
obviously you did not watch the last match, otherwise you would have seen the umpiring standards, you would not know how it was if u saw one or two highlights and read few articles

you easily forgot the wrong decisions that went against india, i mean rauf gave a exact same decision against tendulkar but no way you would mention that + decisions Some1 mentioned in his post

i agree hussey and symonds were wrongly given out, but they were not horrendous decisions like we saw in sydney, these decisions we see in almost every test

AND you keep saying how indian media complaining about the umpiring? Are u f'kin kidding me? Australian media went nuts over their own team. Have you read any articles from australian newspapers? They called for ponting to be sacked. They had polls, 80% people were against australia, 80%+ thought sydney test was not played in the right spirit by aussies and many more. i know ur blood boils when India win and thats just too bad
