Social problems exist in every country … but what is important that what needs to be done to tackle it. As in this case … the persons responsible were arrested and will fcae the music. Last time similar incident happened in Pakistan … the Commisioner made a report that it never happened !!! So a massive cover up … what does that do … it sends a message to these animals that it is ok to act like this they will be covered.
