Admit that these social problems do exist in our societies and not only Pakistan but also india is struggling to cope with that!
Social problems exist in every country ... but what is important that what needs to be done to tackle it. As in this case .... the persons responsible were arrested and will fcae the music. Last time similar incident happened in Pakistan ..... the Commisioner made a report that it never happened !!!!!! So a massive cover up ... what does that do ... it sends a message to these animals that it is ok to act like this they will be covered.
