It has happened before when Indian Gov has shown arrested or killed some terrorists and claimed their real identities and places where they are from. Usually that is the last news you read..no follow up on that. How hard is it for independent journalists to verify if such a such person existed in Gujranwala and where he has been or what his background is, what was he upto. If the person is not from Gujranwala then it should be investigated too and brought in the open that this identity is made up and false.
It is almost like conspiracy from both sides not to know the truth and just be satisfied with oh that was lie or truth..depending upon which side you are on.

NHRC issues notice to Delhi police
over mall shootout

The National Human Rights Commission has given one week to the Delhi police to reply to the allegation that Sunday’s encounter in Ansal Plaza shopping mall, in which two men allegedly belonging to the Lashkar-e-Tayiba terrorist group were killed, was fake.
The commission also asked police Commissioner R S Gupta to provide security to Dr Hari Krishna, who witnessed the shootout.
Dr Krishna had claimed that the encounter was fake and the two men were empty-handed.
The orders came after Member of Parliament Kuldeep Nayar and journalist Praful Bidwai met NHRC Chairman Justice J S Verma on Wednesday evening.
“We met Justice Verma and asked him to probe the incident. Particularly after we had read the account given by Dr Hari Krishna in the The Asian Age [newspaper]. We asked that the commission should provide full protection to Dr Hari Krishna and his family members,” Nayar told rediff.com
“I have spoken to Commissioner R S Gupta and he has intimated to me in writing that he has deputed nine persons to ensure the safety of Dr Krishna and his family members,” NHRC Director-General (Investigations) Y N Srivastava told rediff.com
Joint Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Neeraj Kumar told rediff.com that since the force had nothing to hide, there was not much to be worried about.
“Yes, we have received the notice. It was received late in the evening. We have one week’s time to respond and send our report to the commission. It will be done,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Congress too demanded that the Central government clarify allegations that the encounter was “stage managed”.
“We are not aware of the exact facts of the case. Since some section of media have questioned the police encounter at Ansal Plaza, the Government of India must come clean with adequate facts,” party spokesman S Jaipal Reddy said.
Let’s see what comes out of this.

Unfortunately, many innocent Pakistanis from the bulk of the “Prized Catch” by the Northern Alliance led and US supported Government of Afghanistan after the fall of the Talibaan government last year and secretly gifted to the Indian government are being used “Very Wisely” by the present Hindu fundamentalist leadership of India to promote and subscribe their inherent and deep rooted malaise and hatred against its western neighbour as part of their State Policy embedded in a discriminating and unjust social and political system, which is hall mark of their set up from day one.
It is high time that this type of orchestrated stage shows must stop now. The civilized, enlightened, educated and wise people of the world could no longer tolerate these dramas in the guise of Democracy, Equal Rights, Secularism, Peace, Justice, Equal Opportunity and the India’s so-called **“War Against Terrorism.” **

if they look local.. how can one be sure they were pak
they could be just some locals..
who would want to claim them... and bring the wrath of the administration..
not to say that these people who claim them might disappear as well..

If they are circumcised they are Pakis.. I was surprised at open boards where hindus believes Indian musllas are either traitors or Pakis.
