India to ask Pak to take back dead militants' bodies

Pakistan Fired Back

Pakistan Rejects Indian Claim

ISLAMABAD, Nov 9: Pakistan on Saturday categorically rejected the unsubstantiated claim of the Indian government that the two persons killed in a fake encounter at Ansal Plaza, New Delhi, were Pakistani nationals.

In a statement issued by the foreign office, Islamabad also rejected the demand of the Indian government to claim the bodies of the two persons.

“The two persons shot dead by the Indian police are not Pakistani nationals,” the foreign office maintained.

The reports in the Indian media also suggested that the so-called evidence of their Pakistani nationality was fabricated by the Indian agencies involved in the custodial killing of the two so-called **“terrorists”. **

According to the eyewitness account given by Dr Hari Krishna, **“the two boys were unarmed and barely able to walk when they were killed by the police”. **

The Indian National Human Rights Commission has also taken exception to their government’s version.

“It is a matter of grave concern, that the premeditated murder of two persons by the Indian police, is a part of the concerted Indian policy to discredit Pakistan,” the foreign office regretted.

The foreign office also suggested to the Indian government that “instead of playing to the Hindu fundamentalist gallery for purely political gains, New Delhi should respond positively to the endeavours of Islamabad for de-escalating the existing tension.”

As the eye-witness said, these two poor souls were unarmed.

Even eyewitness' account is under scrutiny. Maybe he was trying to loot the limelight, you never know. At least the Post Mortem suggested that there were no ante-mortem injuries found on the body and the presence of gun-powder on their hands showed that the terrorists had also fired at police from their pistols. There were no traces of alcohol or drugs found in their bodies as claimed by the 'eye-witness'.

I am sure that eye-witness was dhir :hehe:

Do you imply that eyewitness may not be reliable? That's what I was telling.
