Pakistan doesn’t have to “pursue” something that is a fundamental fact in case of Afghanistan.
FACT 1- Afghanistan is ~1/20th size of Pak
FACT #2- Afghanistan has always “depended” on Pak for ALL of its food, clothing, and other imports.
Pakistan only wants few things from Kabulis. ACCEPT and RESPECT Pak because we feed them, clothe them, and take care of them whenever they need us.
Unfortunately the problem squarely lies with Kabuli Tribals. They are living in an era of 200 years ago, when Afghan hoards could at their will, swing into modern day Pak and India and loot and plunder and make marry.

Kabulies need to accept that Durand line here to stay
Kabulies need to realize that the days of Afghan hoardism are gone, so be a peaceful, and respectful neighbor. Do not use India to play anti-Pak politics and thrown dirt on your neighbor who feeds you and clothes you.
Kabulies should not think that Gora boots will remain there to forever. They are temporary, and thus deal with us, and resolve all the border issues and move on.
