Why? India does not care what Pakistan want. They are confident that they can shut down any misadventure that Pakistan may try. They have warned and now have shown in action. The whining from the Pakistani side is in a way proof that Pakistan can only learn things the hard way, if at all they learn the lesson ever!
Mr.Parrikar said Pakistan does not seem to learn the lesson through warnings. He is right but I think it is not because Pakistan cannot but more due to they don’t want to. Everytime things heat up inside Pakistan (in this case Peshawar outrage and inability to forge National Action Plan past words) the only way Pakistani establishment is able to keep fooling the people is by creating this sort of external diversion.
