you are talking about two different issues - if Australians side want to play with two all-rounders - Andy Bichel and Andrew Symmonds are the best choice - what i said eariler is that Martin Love should have been there instead of Darren Lehman
you kidding - Australians are not a weak bowling side - Jason and Stuart are gonna have huge impact - and Andy Bichel will do it again.
Nasser Hussain made the same mistake to put Australia in to bat on the First Days play in the First Test about this time last year at the beginning of the Ashes series and it came back to haunt him - Sorauv in a sense was lucky that only 60 odd overs were bowled - i think he could have been looking at a score near 400 otherwise! But granted that he has forgotten the World Cup final - when he won the toss - deicded to put Australia in and Australia broke 3 (World Cup) batting records and then proceeded to win the World Cup!
Anyway a good performance from Australia - Justin Langer did well for his knock - he was in the need for some runs. Ricky Ponting started off well and was playing very fluently unlike his usual walk all the way across the crease at the beginning of an innings start but then having done all the hard work got himself out with a hurendous shot! He decided to go for the pull shot with a delivery which just too full - he really was playing well before that too.
Anyway the next man to go and its then the legend himself Steven Waugh who will be coming to the crease - i am seriously looking forward to watch him bat

Andy Symonds is a one day specialist, I don't see him doing well in test and plus his first class record with Kent isn't really impressive but Katich on the otherhand who plays for Hampshire, has a very good first class record.

I am not saying they have a weak bowling compared to other sides, I am saying there current bowling (Gillespie, Brakcen, Bichel McGill) is weaker then the original bowling lineup (McGrath, Lee, Warne, Gillesppie)
