India in Australia!

Very inept batting by India. I just read a statement by Dravid saying that they have not given up hope and might turn the tables on the Aussies. Some hope.

[/QUOTE]

Well Inept batting was in first inning not the 2nd inning. That is where the fault lies. 2nd inning they scored much better considering the condition of wicket.I wish they had put up 100-15 more runs in first inning considering the kind of start they got.The match could have been totally different then. But Alas...
Yes bolwing is a big issue... Zaheer is injured..Nehra is good for nothing... Agarkar bowls well in patches....Kumble gets 6 wicket boowling one million overs.Even Old Ehsan bhai can do better if he is asked to bowl 60 overs.

I think Sydney will be a great test match provided Indian dont loose their heart. Before the start pf series we all knew Adeliade and Sydney was India's best bet. Will be intresting to see Aussies againt 2 spinners provided they havenot changed the pitch too much,

NEERAZ bhai..apne LKW days ka kamal hai

DAMN this is like 2 shows in 1 ticket ;) Watch PAK vs NZ and when they have lunch switch over to AUS vs IND best time of cricket and enjoying it 100% with holidays no work no worries :)

Personally I think indian batting did not perform upto their potential they could have eaisly draw this match. Anyway there is still 4th match left hope india can bounce back. But for right now all credits to the Aussies they are back 1-1

Ok guys indian team is out on the ground and so are the Ausie opners. But seems like they have to go back to pavillion because there is a bomb blast. ;)

Australia 10/7. Looks like India have a real chance here !!

Thank you, yes, we know. Do I detect a certain glee behind the zeal to inform us so promptly that Aus has won? Btw, congratulations on Pakistan winning the test.:)

Bad luck. Over to the decider now.

Ganguly demands spine from tailenders](http://uk.sports.yahoo.com/031230/325/ei1db.html)

MELBOURNE (Reuters) - India captain Saurav Ganguly took aim at his tailenders after two batting collapses prevented the tourists from setting Australia a more demanding total in the third test.

“We’ll have to find a way after this test (where) even if we can’t occupy the crease, we get some runs on the board,” Ganguly told a news conference on Tuesday.

"It’s up to them, they have to show a bit of courage, especially when the fast bowlers are bowling.

“Sydney (where the fourth test starts on Friday) is a new day, it’s a new game, so it’s going to be different.”

Australia, set 95 to win, reached 97 for one shortly before the lunch interval on the fifth day’s play to level the four-match series 1-1.

Opener Virender Sehwag scored a magnificent 195 to lead India to a first innings total of 366, despite losing their last six wickets for 16 runs.

Australia replied with 558, including Ricky Ponting’s career-best 257, before India could manage just 286 in their second innings, where the last six wickets fell for 33 runs.

Media and public attention will focus on the fact that the fourth test is Australia captain Steve Waugh’s farewell match, but Ganguly said he did not expect the home side to be distracted by the emotion of the occasion.

“I hope it does (work) in our favour. But they are professionals,” Ganguly said.

"They know it’s a test match and the series is one-all.

"That (Waugh’s farewell) is not going to be much of a factor. It’s how both sides play the five days of the test that is going to make a difference.

“I know it’s his last test but we also know we will have to play well to win the series.”

4th TEST is going to be One cracking Match.Pretty much same as as last 5th match played between India and Aussies.
I think Irfan and Murali will come in place of Zaheer and Idiot Nehra.

Say that to Kumble who hasn't learnt how to hold a bat after playing 10000 tests.
