^ why are you so surprised that taleban has funds and means tp get any amount of explosives and arms? Religious extremist organizations collect a lot of money; plus my suspicion is that since Pakistan government agencies have been supporting these guys under different names till recently and perhaps even now, a lot of money has been paid that has accumulated.In additiona there may also be funds diverted from middle east
