I just don't buy this anymore. I think that in general Pakistan is more fixated on India than vice versa. Pakistan has become little more than the crazy neighbor next door.
An unstable Pakistan is a problem for Indian growth plans, and Pakistan with the Taliban in control is disastrous for India. India needs all of the trading partners it can acquire at this juncture, and they would much rather have a Canada on their border than a Mexico.
I recently listened to a dialogue between Indian and Pakistani muslims. The Indian muslims were discussing how to effectively combat terrorism through development, education, and so on, while the Pakistani muslims were complaining that it is impossible for them to move forward because India is plotting their destruction. One of the Indians rightly pointed out that it is really time for Pakistanis to put aside the childish conspiracy theories, grow up, and work for the good of the country.

Pakistan needs a lesson in the language that they understand, so I would be very happy if RAW is indeed funding Pak Taliban.
However, given how RAW has been de-fanged by the pseudo-secular political establishment in India, I think this is just Mush talking out of his backside as usual

Internationally agreed principles of the UN and International law, the ISI simply supports a legal independence movement to correct the past 60 years of injustices in Indian Occupied Kashmir.

Kashmir isnt "another country." Kashmir is pretty much occupied territory, so ISI getting involved there is perfectly legal by your own definition..:)
