It's just like saying
India needs a lesson in the language they understand " i hope thousands of ISI trained suicide bombers cross border and blow themselves up killing millions of Indians". I would be very happy if ISI is indeed sponsoring terrorism in India (Mumbai attack, Parliament attack etc).
The way things are .... it seems these ISI trained suicide bombers are on "job training" in Pakistan .... and the way they are going, there wont be many left with "skills" to attack India :D
