I can read pretty well. I can read that you are stepping down a notch from accusations of marketing to plain hiding and ignoring. Actually there is nothing to hide too. We are not a closed country like North korea or China. So there is no question of hiding or faking. India has both the rich and the poor. The west is here because of the rich and the middle class. They do not care about our poor. Indians do not have to hide or fake anything. Everyone knows everything about India. The issue here should be about inequality and wrong priorities and not about marketing or cosmetics.
