Just for my curiousity....Being an Indian , we never discuss much about Pakistan except for the forgetful / Frightful partition we had on the basis of religion !!...but I see here that quite a lot of posts are aimed at India...Why ??

We are neighbours and brothers...arent we ?

It’s simple. India would like to see a subserviant Pakistan, so it can become another nation in the bloc that needs India’s nod before pursuing any major policy changes. But there happens to be the little issue that Pakistan happen to have obtained Nukes. And this little problem is to Indian like an ulcer that erupts and start burning every few months/years.

So yeah…there you have it. If Pakistan gives up its nukes, all will be fine and dandy, there will be no Taliban to hunt, Indo-Pak would serve as a two prong fork to check China.

with China ..
With Pakistan..
also with Myanmar

So should india be taught how to be a good neighbor? I have a feeling lot of problems in South Asia and in india itself be solved by this.

Yesterday indian media and govt (hard to differentiate these days) was bashing a Sri Lankan general. What did the poor guy say or do?

Pakistan sphere of influence is very far from our territory but people don't understand it, GOD forbid me if the war started both countries will be shattered into countless pieces and millions of life will be lost. But who cares we are so badly into jihad phobia that we can even kill our parents for that.

What do you think how Sri Lanka is fighting against tamils? Sri Lanka is kind a satellite state of Pakistan.

Why don't Nepalese like indians? And take indian "gifts" such as buses etc. as insults?

PS. No one wants war, it is indians itching for it.

Wrong, its not about good or bad neighbor. Its called interest and how much you are willing to spend. Anybody can buy anything including countries...

In common man's lingo, india is a bad neighbor.

It should get a few tips from China. Peaceful rising of a giant (I consider Chinese Taipei, Tibet etc as its internal affairs).

Yes they do, personal anecdotes aside, they made a big memorial site at the place where one of our passenger planes crashed due to bad weather and put a big PIA sign and a big Pakistan flag in that area honoring the dead, and the country they hailed from. Only countries that enjoy warm and cordial relations would carry out such gestures of kindness. Coincidentally, one of the best foreign friends of Pakistan, and a Nepali, Mr. Thappa also died in a plane that Pakistan had sold to Nepal.

O.T. Theres also a famous story from Shakarparian Islamabad, where the Nepalese King was in Pakistan and Yahya Khan was making a speech. Bhutto was sitting close and said in Urdu, that Yahya should just end this boring speech as the tea was getting cold. He didnt know that the Nepali King understood Urdu.

Should i go in detail about what spain,france,italy,usa,japan,uk name in the honor of Pakistan ? or what we have in isb, lahore, karachi, quetta and every choti/barhi citi of Pakistan ?
