If mUslims did not attend the Holocaust Memorials they did right.

Then why don't they leave and come back to their home countries in which they can openly hate jews, advocate terrorist attacks on Europe and North America and keep their women locked up in their homes and get them married off to their cousins who are twice their age?

Aren't muslims living in the west hypocrites because they care more about the economic advantages of the west than their religion...

And as for changing ideology, condemning the murder of 6 million jews is something which every sane individual should do...

And for muslims to refuse this shows their utter contempt, their failure to integrate, and a strategic threat to the host population of a 5th column and giving a bad name to the noble religion of Islam and Muslims all over....

Condemning Holocaust in the present world is not aimed at justice as one wud assume. There have been many many Holocausts in the world for people other than jews. None is even mentioned. Holocaust is projected over and over again to legitmize Israeli occupation.

WHY IS IT NECESSARY FOR THESE PUBLIC SHOWS OF AFFECTION IN ORDER TO PROVE ONE'S SOLIDARITY???

The holocaust was wrong....but it also happened many many yrs ago....there r issues from the present that need much more attention, than stuff which has happened in the past! I dont particularly see what the condemnation of the holocaust will achieve in the present day....

yes, we should not be apologetic to anyone.

nor should we be all kind and nice, when no one is nice to us, but, there is something even more important for which we should as Muslims stand against all hatred and all injustice or cruelty, so that the world knows, we live our religion and are not selective in regard for life and its humiliation, & loss.

i do agree though with you that no one should have slave mentality & we should defend our ideals and extend them for peace to everybody. after all, God is watching over us all and we are not to judge anyone, nor deny empathy to anybody, merely because our perceptions are of doubtfulness against others, even though many of them are clearly full of hatred for us as Muslims,

but the least we can do is, be humane. it is so amazing that if jews did get through atrocities of holocaust, their govt in israel is bent back wards to do even worse to Muslims. & here your anguish is understandable as well.
But God is with those who do fight back and still maintain high standards of fairness and justice.

the earlier parts of the statement are probable.

however, for the later, we, as the sufferers or seers of the imitation of holocausts and worse, must not allow anyone to do so to any one.

that is what i say too, how many 9/11s have been happening & continue to happen in Palestine, in Kashmire, in Sudan, in Darfur, in Afghanistan, Iraq and Bosnia?

we must remind ourselves, that for survival and soverignty, Muslims must commomerate all the documented and experienced atrocities with them and make it their life's mission to protect current and future generation of ours, against all those elements who are ploying to destroy us.

& for that to happen, we need to simulateneously set the precedent that we also do not allow it when it happens to other, i.e. we OUGHT NOT feel pleasure in someone else's pain and loss.

There is a better chance of a Muslim Holocaust in the present world rather than another Jewish holocaust because the neo-nazis of the present world such as the British National Party and the “VlaamsBlok” (Flemish Nationalists) as well as Fascists are on an anti-Muslim war path.

Also, this is just my opinion but in case there was anything happening to the Jews, the Muslims would be far more likely to offer them refuge than anyone else as Muslims are proud of their traditions of hospitality…something that the Western writers at the height of the colonial era paid tribute to (read the poems of Tennyson, Shelley etc.)

Mate the Jews have never had it better...Bush and his cronies will see that Israel is alright...on the contrary, what the Jews r doing to the Palestinians is quite reminiscent of what Hitler did to their ancestors.

I condemn the holocaust. But why do i need to go public with this condemnation???...Surely that beats the point of the whole thing...I'd be showing my solidarity to keep it sweet with your average joe, and I dont buy that. No one ought to tell me, or anyone else for that matter, how I need to behave, all for the sake of fitting in with the mainstream .

Has there ever been any memorials for the Muslims that died in Bosnia 10-15 yrs ago? Or in fact the Muslims dying today? Does anyone really care about them? Are we going to be seeing memorials held 60-70 years from now for ppl who died in lebanon this year? Gee I wonder :p I'll be the first one to admit, i'm not an expert on world politics and I don't really read many threads here, but I know the basics of what's going on and I know that it's wrong. I wud never go so far as to say that the holocaust never happened, or that they (jews) "deserved it" like some people say, but i just don't really care abt it anymore, I think ther'es more important issues going on in this world. Honestly, i really dont' care abt Holocaust anymore. It was 60 years ago, move on. A memorial or "celebration", chanting "never again" would not be so controversial IF it were actually being put into practice today, but it's not. Instead of jews, Muslims r the victims.

Why is it there are Palestinian Solidarity Marches everywhere but yet no mention of Muslim massacares in Bosnia, Chechenya and Kashmir...

Or is it because that muslims are obsessed with Palestine because Jews are the antagonizers....

but when there is a muslim holocaust being committed such as in Chechenya where 10% of all Chechens have been killed, or 250,000 people

and you have Hezbollah, Iran and Hamas signing deals with Russia to get more weapons...

Apologize for what you did, muslims did not cause the holocaust, so we do not need to apologize. Yup we can openly condemn the Christians for perpetrating such henious act though. Curse the Christians for killing the Jews.
