Whether we choose to call it contradiction or iterative refinement based on research, it implies the same thing. It depends on how much we can discover and relate to, what we can theorize and prove.
Belief in God is not a religion but an innate sense and perception. Believing in a religion is about which of those explanations appeal to your innate perception of senses the most.
