Depending on status of your application, club and it’s legislative subscriptions it can range between $80-200, Southern clubs are definitely more economical. Private owners can let you have it for as low as $45, as long as they know you. I haven’t had an experience on pipers, but i am sure DA42s and piper 28s are in same range.
I am sure, we are very economical in terms of getting off the ground. Can;t say for south africa, but Europeans even the Multanians (Pakistan) are pretty expensive.
