I love the food at Daily....but could they not have come up with a better name?

I mean....they could have just stuck to the old name, Delhi Darbaar. Daily sounds like those malbaari resturant with Lipton boards.

^ :hehe: well I think name makes a big difference when it comes to opening a restaurant, they probably had da daily man on mind when making this restaurant & its doing a pretty good job at that too. Their food is a lot better than karachi darbar & they also have specials everyday, & each day its different, & my favorite is pasande on Monday’s…:dhimpak: 2day is monday & they also have paaya on friday which is :dhimpak: had it this friday after Juma

waisay qurbaani ke ghosht ka maza sirf Pakistan main ya Dubai ya America main, jahan bhi hain tab hi aata hai, jub ghar walay saare saath hon, aur sahi se pakaya jaye tau.

Pakistani livestock is da most Xpensive here & da majj that u posted here is awesome, although rare here. Last year we saw a “bail” for like 8000 dirhams approx $2200 & it was one huge beautiful “bail”

We even saw a bakra which was around 5 feet tall & about 6000 dirhams…!!! & believe me it was wild, it just wouldnt let us touch itself…well it was tied :smiley: singhain maar deyta tau hamari tau qurbaani hojati udhar hi :smiley:

You sure it was a bakra? Man i miss bakras... :(

Over here all you do is contact your local butcher and he sorts you out with the meat. Dont even get to fool around with the bakra. But when i was in the other town... we once got to go with the butcher to the place where they sacrificed the animals. And i got to sacrifice the bakra :) Awesome stuff....
