Nice effort to mask the reality by calling it a ‘country’ intelligence agency, rather than military intelligence agency. Karachi incidents should have been investigated by the police…but MI was called in for its expertise and impartiality. Same was the case in Model town, where it was the IBs job to investigate, but MI was involved because noone trusts the civilian police structure.
Just because ZAB and Sharifs were the products of generals, and just because Benazir selected a general to whitewash her past crimes in the form of an NRO, doesnt mean everyone else is too.
