Sure Taliban and extremism can be defeated. Not by force alone. America can do that too. But they are just not willing to spend their resources on Taliban, which is not their direct enemies in the first place. America’s enemy is Qaeda … not Taliban. Taliban is Pakistan’s/Afghanistan’s enemy.

who are Americans fighting in Afghanistan? is it AlQaida? How much “resources” has America used in fighting in Afghanistan, is it US$10million? or US $100 million?
