Re: Imran Khan’s toxic narrative on terrorism … needs to stop … and stop right no
yep i said the exact same thing…really glad to see PTI showing disassociation with IK statement because it is not the party policy and IK opened his mouth without discussing internally…that shows some serious political maturity.
can you even imagine PMLN executive committee ever showing such courage and maturity.//someone saying that nawaz is wrong? or zardari is wrong? no way…all they have third class chamchay in PMLN and PPP…asad has stood up and salute to him!
Re: Imran Khan's toxic narrative on terrorism ... needs to stop ... and stop right no
Ik is like a wolf, he pissed on/around taliban issue, made/marked it as his territory and now he is going to stand his ground till death. (khuda-na-khasta)
Nawaz sharif is a skunk, he farted and disappeared, no where to be found.

Good job PTI!
Although Asad is right, media are exaggerating the whole thing. It is one law-maker from PTI (not the whole party) who has voiced a different opinion to IK. There are some who (rightly) differ with IK's suggestion but others who support him on the issue
And you are very right with regard to sycophants or chamchay within most political parties

i take it a bit differently....it is not asad's opinion vs IK opinion...as far as i am concerned and as i see it, asad has not criticized IK or expressed his own opinion...
all he is saying that what IK has said is not PTI position...at least not yet meaning that IK opened his mouth on such sensitive issue without discussing it internally....
obviously party will do internal discussion and may come to same position but as of now IK is voicing his own opinion and not party position..that is all asad has said..there is not even one party who has this culture including MQM?
Re: Imran Khan's toxic narrative on terrorism ... needs to stop ... and stop right no
Being a strong supporter of Imran khan..i strongly condemn his remarks about opening so called "Taliban Offices" in the country. These TTP animals...won't disarm and come to negotiation table, hence bloodshed would continue. Asad Umar..stated that this is not the position of party..which clearly tells you..that there is drift about this in PTI. Khair..i think..until unless these TTP savages do not disarm..it is futile to think about peace or any kind of peace deal.
Re: Imran Khan's toxic narrative on terrorism ... needs to stop ... and stop right no
I am glad my vote didn't count in the elections.
Imran is shameless, he is turning out to be more ignorant and deluded than any politician we ever had. He will come up with 10000's of excuses to portray these afghan/pahstun terrorist as peace mongers.
Imran ka bas chale to Pakistan to Talibanistan bna de.
Re: Imran Khan's toxic narrative on terrorism ... needs to stop ... and stop right no
I was watching Najam sethi's "Aapis ki baat". He said that Imran is being naive as per his stance regarding Taliban. he said that federal government should shift the responsibility of "establishing an office" for Taliban to him and afterwards send him to "negotiate" with him.
In my view, either khan sahib is incredibly naive or incredibly pig-headed to revisit his previous stance
Re: Imran Khan's toxic narrative on terrorism ... needs to stop ... and stop right no
Imran Khan was interviewed by Kashif Abbasi today. Hard hitting and honest interview. IK is pro peace not pro taliban. This is a must watch interview for his critics. (with an open mind of course)
One statement that should have come from PM during his address to nation but irfan siddiqui missed it. It came from IK because the guy does not do scripts and speaks from the heart
" We are a nuclear power with one of the best Armed Forces. Fearing 15k-20k Talibans 2 take over country? Impossible. We just need proper steps to ensure nation is right behind army should the need for operation comes in failure of dialogues but we need to give dialogue a chance first "
