Re: Imran arrested after stand-off with Jamaat-e-Islami students
Was it not duty of Imran to follow the laws and rule, and discuss his visit with IJT and University authorities, tell them his purposes, take their permission and then go to University? What Imran wanted to teach students, to be law breaking students? He wanted to break the laws of the country as well as laws governing the University, than wanted that all students should have joined him in not only breaking the law of the country, do agitation against the state, and most of all, break University rules too, and after trying to do all that, he do not want or expected that anything should get done against him?
What a farce thing to imagine. Brothers, please be logical. What Imran (or anyone) has to do with that university and by whose permission he went to that university to address student there and make them do agitation against the state?
It was duty of University and Student Union to make sure that students do not involve in such agiation, that could have caused even for university to shut down. But main thing is that, regardless of the consequence, Imran did not even take any permission from University authorities (Student Union and Academic Authorities) to go to University for address and lead students against the state for agitation.
