Btw, I think IK has some serious issues. He rarely does anything rational & anyone who disagrees with him becomes his enemy. I guess that extended to his wife, too.

Sad news but both are egoistic and ambitious individuals and such high profile marriages are always high-risk affairs.
It is good that they have divorced with mutual consent. It is their personal matter and we should respect their privacy

Khan has serious credibility issue as well.....he denied his marriage rumors which turned out to be true after weeks and now he vehemently denied his divorce rumors just last month and afetr few weeks he divorced reham...why cant he just keep quiet on personal issues....

Incredibly sad news - politics and banter aside, divorce is never a laughing matter especially when children are involved.
PTI critics who are suddenly acting like wedding and divorce experts probably have no clue how emotionally draining and complex divorce/separation process can be - it is never really over until it is literally all over.
In a society where second marriages and divorce is seen as a huge taboo - or as my friend says "halal sins" - expect huge "moral" outrage on Imran's divorce.

I know the anti PTI brigade is having a field day nit picking his tweets, and playing with utmost personal emotions and dilemmas. It has to be said, Imran Khan has been a total gentleman in both of his very public divorces. His recent tweets on Reham are breath of fresh air. He has no record of ever disrespecting any of his ex’s - he could have made millions out of disclosing the information about whatever relationship he once had with Benezir - but he always respected her honour.
Instead of throwing tantrums on why he tweeted this, why he tweeted that - it is high time desi men learn something about respecting ex’s and parting ways amicably in a very civilised way.
There is certainly a very strong message for certain breed of Pakistani men.

What if that despite all the problems, both were genuinely still trying to save the marriage and hoping for the best hence felt no need to "confirm" anything for public's pleasure? Some people really think that one day you wake and decide "yup - I'm getting divorce, let me break such a wonderful news on Twitter".
Like I said, in Pakistan there is some serious ignorance, misconception, intolerance and insensitivity in regards to divorce. A) It is considered a huge taboo. B) Not many openly talk about their experiences.
Maybe anti PTI brigade needs to save some moral outrage on media that creates a maddening hype around Imran's personal life - rumours become breaking news - and all that ultimately creates pressure to comment on those rumours. Maybe in future he shouldn't give a shyte about what rumours mills are saying.
