Sources say that Imran met Altaf’s ex-wife Faiza in London on Sept 28th, who has accused Altaf of harassing her even after seperation, and has finally filed for divorce. Altaf on the other hand removed her pictures from his MQM website. Now this meeting probably occured behind closed doors lol, so who knows what went on, but Imran is still on Altaf’s case…
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
If Faiza ends up marrying imran, do you think Altaf will go after Jamima?
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
^ Arey bhai, its a serious thread, nothing to do with shadi/affairs, Faiza is supposed to provide evidence to Imran bhai, not talk shadi...
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
I find politics extremely funny. Why you be so serious, when politicians are not serious.
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
Altaf and Jemima, the mechanics of the you know what would be mind boggling...
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
So from terrorism charges against Altaf to domestic issues with his ex-wife. Well done Immy!
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
Why is imran getting into these things? Nothing better to do

Are you forgetting what Altaf ordered his henchmen to chalk in the streets of Karachi once Imran challenged his 'ghundaghardi', hint it had to do with Imran's personal life... paybacks a bbbbbbbbiiy!
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
spock but from what Imran said earlier teh evidence that he presented was all that was needed, Naseerullal Babar also was saying it was crucial evidence. I mean what more can she provide that they did nt already have, or was their initial case not as strong as we all were led to believe.
Maybe he beleived he would be able to convince the Blair Government but I wasnt, why would they break all the rules to give a proven criminal asylum and then their nationality? I never thought Imran's case would have resulted in Altaf's extradition or imprisonment.
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
what i read was that according to Imran Scotland yard had asked the GoP for permission to interview certain witnesses and that the gov is stonewalling
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
seems like a reach

The Govt of Pak comprises of a leader who is in bed with Altaf Hussain... So what can we expect?
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
sorry but what exactly is the case charged agains altaf???
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
the MQM ppl benefitted from the illexecuted paramilitary operations in Karachi, It was nto just head honchos, anyoen who could prove danger could get assylum in canada as well.
so if Imran's case was not going to result in extradition or imprisonment, what was it for?
Its a matter of whats right and wrong, some of us believe Altaf is a criminal, and some believe hes a saint... The latter is obviously questioning and making fun of Imran for daring to challenge the don's legitimacy and hold him accountable for his deeds. I dont support them, but that does not mean I will assume Imran will be succesfull at what hes aiming for.
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
I think they should go for money laundering changes. They might be easy to prove. The guy doesn't work, has no property. How can he effort London?
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
I remember my friend on GS asif2000 in general saying how he was once transferring a small sum of money, around 3-4K and the government flagged it and did a security check on it. Now this Altaf, who wears an expensive suit every day and lives on bhatta from karachi, living lavishly in England, an expensive country to live in, do you honestly think the government does not know about the money laundering involved?
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
I say many many thanks to Allah that kalanaag didn't come to Canada for assylum, it would have been very difficult situation for Urdu speaking people. Most of them hate MQM here. We all live in peace, harmony and unity in Canada. MQM Canada is literally a mob of 15 members who are now in their late 30s and early 40s busy with cab driving and factory jobs. It has lost its small number of curious people it had attracted since they came in power in 2002. But org is completely isolated, dicarded and abondended by Urdu speaking people. The don't wanna hear word MQM.
Ironically, since May 12th 2007, Tehreek-e-Insaaf has gained tonnes here. It was a total surprise that PPP is down the hill as well as Nawaz party. The mass and silent majority (proudly 99.5% of the comunity in GTA) that never takes part in any Paki politics here has shown overwhelming interest in TI. The party's membership has grown upto 12 times since May. In private parties you hear people talk about alternative leadership and TI agenda and how the system can be improved etc etc.
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
^ A canadian court also declared MQM a terrorist party a few weeks ago
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
As a seasoned conspiracy theorist. I think Musharaf must have approach USA, to have them influence UK over altaf husains case proceedings.
Probably altaf husain's request. Because when Imran first filed the cased altaf's tone was changed. In news paper he sounded more like abdul sitar eedhi. All his statements were about humanity and stuff.
Then all of a sudden he went back to being "gunda"
Re: Imran hasnt given up on Altaf yet
musharraf may not have a need to approach US, if they can do a nikkah b/w musharraf and BB, they can always figure it out that fazl would be teh qazi, altaf the bestman, and certain others as witnesses.
Bhai yeh to dukh ki baat sab hy- politics me sirif power hungry log hy hoty heen.
There was a reason why mushraf(in bigging ) use to look/talk down upon politicians.
