My point was NGOs have overall proved ineffective. Correct me if I’m wrong with examples of changes they brought in society.
My other point was these organisations do run on foreign funds (without saying they follow an agenda, although that is quite possible). I proved it from HRCP’s own site.
Last but not the least, why should freedom to protest annoyed so called representative of freedom of speech / press and human rights. Wasn’t Asma Jahangir part of protests for Kana Dajjal (aka Cheap Justice). wo kare to jehad, baqi karen to character dheela hai. so much hypocrisy? Organisations like HRCP should not comment on political matters and against political parties when they apparently are tilted towards some political parties.
