i was wondering if you guys had any advice about how to impress a guy that you really like. i am so shy around him that i cant say anything but if i get over this shyness do u guys have any ideas about how to get him to like me back.

  • dress to impress.
  • memorize dictionary and then use big words with him???? or eat up the encyclopedia.. Britannica, Encarta, Columbia are the reliable ones.... shower him with your impressive knowledge.
  • Buy him the ticket for the Olympics if he is into sports. (with the package for lodging ofcourse)
  • bring him his favorite dishes but don't tell him that you bought it from the restaurant .. tell him that you made it especially for him right from the scratch. (ever heard the saying 'dil ka rasta via stomach' ????)

Seriously, BE YOURSELF, duh!

btw how old is that kid????

Don't work too hard to impress a guy, it doesn't work.just be yourself - and show alot of confidence.

Act like yourself…you are what you are…dont change. Being shy is not always a bad thing …in fact some guys may like that quality in you. :slight_smile:

If he likes you…he’ll approach you or give subtle hints. No need for YOU to impress him. Let HIM be impressed by you without you having to do or say anything. :k:

Tell someone you confide in that you like him and he/she should tell him. Then ask him to send the rishta to your home and live happily ever after. Remember Western style lines to ask our and Western style dating is taboo in our culture and prohibited in our religion.

"** if he REALLY likes you....he wont date you and do "things" with you..he'll send a rishta and do everything the right way.** "

Know the guy, even though they all might be idiots, all guys dont like the same thing. Don't try too hard. Dress to impress but don't let him know you are doing it for him. Errmmm play hard to get. For some odd reason some guys love stupid little games.

I am sorry I do not get it.
If all guys are idiots then why are you giving her advice to play it hard to get and try to impress him your way ? What is the point in doing so ?
If he is an idiot he will never get her messages and this marriage will never happen.
If he is smart he will understand her game and he will not fall for it.

Should you not be keeping your own personal experiences and emotions out of the picture if you are sincere in giving worthwhile advice to someone ?

lol...if you ignore him he may think you have no interest in him at all....then he'll leave you alone (unless he is desperate and the stalker type).

nahhh it works girl but thats when the guy has a hint and he likes u as well then u can like show attitude etc or else just be urself and ofcourse look pretty hehehe and yeah dont make it too obvious like tell ur frnds or family who would keep staring at him whenever they see him
