I did not say fight with Islam. I said fight with Muslims of India. Guru Gobind Singh’s father was killed by Aurangzeb (I said son in my first post which was not correct) because he refused/resisted the forceful conversion of Sikhs to Islam by Aurangzeb. Khalsa mindset was initiated as an avenge.

Punj Pyare were the first five martyrs, not soldiers. They were sacrificed by Guru Gobind himself, after they presented themselves to him to take their life as a sign of ultimate loyalty**.

Sacrificed means?

I thought there was some bowl, in which they put their blood (probably by cutting their hands).
