one of the implications is that people are getting the wrong impression. the wrong impression im talking about concerns the islamic base of pakistan. islam is the ONLY influence which can limit the jahilness of the pakistani people. the whole saga has brought out many worms one of them being a wish for more western style non religious set of laws, more like amsterdam then london or tokyo.
so now im of the oppinion no pakistani government has ever had an interest in good governance. they've always just been trying to make statements of grandeur every now and then.
its imperative that the police are able to convict criminals of all kinds. its imperative that it doesnt take a madrassa to find hope of justice for rape victims. its imperative that we install a more peaceful purpose in FATA to enable the country to move on united, this will help to banish the teleban label.
if your interest is just kicking mullahs then having a non fuctional police is the best way to go forward as challengers to the role of government will be many

CNN has alreday started playing tune for terrosrism of muslims .. they were showing a documentry last nite about madrassas in Lahore and elsewhere where young children were memorizing Quran and linked them with terrorists.. how shamelssly they tried to show about Quran learning is linked to terrorism..This Lal Masjid fake drama is just to gain points in west for more $$$ and time..

Degas, if our people and ulema would have some balls and get rid of the imposters who pose as muslims and instead teach our children to destroy property, invade homes and offices and kidnap people, and beat them if they don't follow what they think is Islam, then maybe we wouldn't have the foreign media confusing innocent kids memorizing the Quran with extremist training!

Here are some implications of this disaster that would be good for Pakistan:

Mullah politicians understand that they cannot keep up their calls for Shariah without provoking madcap jihadis.
Pak awam realizes that they need to stop giving money and respect to people advocating violence and start neighborhood campaigns against suhc people. No more donating skins during eid, no more putting money and jewelry in donation boxes etc.
However, knowing our jahil qaum, here’s what will happen:
After the “operation,” ISI and Jarnails start protecting their favorite “boys” while washing away the Ghazi bros as “black sheep.” They will start cutting more deals, more madrassay will open and more brainwashing will continue.
MMA and other mullah politicians dismiss the episode as “Yahudion kaa saazish,” and deny that there were any jihadis inside the LM and stick to their thundering speeches.
Pak awam will soon forget this and go back to giving money and donations the next time the SSP and other extremists come around. Parents keep sending their kids to fanatical madrassas. Nothing changes.
This operation will not solve any problem except for getting some western support for President. What Lal Masjid people are doing is a criminal activity, but selective operations will alienate a large portion of public. We all know what ethnicity 90% of the Lal mosque people are, and it is the same ethnicity whose 40plus people were killed in Karachi by MQM but not a single person has been arrested. More the killings in Lal Mosque, more alienated these people will be.
