immature?

Is it considered to be immature or childish if a person doesn’t want to move…or if they’re just rigid and not very open to changes?

Re: "immature?"

Some people just don't like change (like me). But things can't stay the same forever and one should do whatever will benefit them most in the future and all that jazz.

Re: "immature?"

Nadz you had opened threads on this issue long ago too and like you said, you knew it before marriage. Keep your word. :)

Re: "immature?"

I am not Nadz. :)

Re: "immature?"

Nadz?

Re: "immature?"

^Woops sorry wrong thread.

To the original question, nope nothing wrong with not wanting to move especially if it makes you very unhappy.

Re: immature?

yuou would think the furry red creature would distinguish us.. :(

Re: immature?

nope i don't think it's childish some people just don't like change..........however that being said it people also need to understand that sometimes change can be a really good think and should not be viewed as a bad thing

every situation is different so it should be discussed with everyone involved about the changes that are taking place

Re: immature?

LOL, sorry Sara, I promise to not do it again! :D

Re: immature?

I dont think its immaturity at all...people have reasons for not wanting to move. It could be work, family, familiarity which goes back to your fear of change.

These things dont necessarily make a person immature...maybe just a bit more careful about the decisions they make.

Re: immature?

^ But then ppl who are easily willing to move, are they careless about their decisions?
:hmmm:

Re: immature?

No.

No, not necessarily.

Re: immature?

Some people just like to stay within their familiar turf and don't do very well with changes. I don't think thats immature, its just the way people are.

Princessjojo called you Nadz, why are both of you still alive?

Re: immature?

In situations when it's in the best interest of you and your family then yes, either you're immature or stubborn or just lazy or perhaps scared.

Re: immature?

I don’t know man…i don’t know.

Re: immature?

^Nadz is kinda busy in the parenting section these days. She's learning about baby swaddling.

Re: "immature?"

thats because you are immature and a child u blackface

Re: immature?

Not necessarily, but they may be trying to run away from problems. People may want to move as soon as some trouble comes up. They may not be persistent enough to sit down and deal with it. That is not to say that is the reason for every person who moves often.

Re: immature?

Mostly that. There are a great deal of other reasons hidden behind words like immature, stubborn or lazy.

Re: immature?

Thats an improvement, earlier she was busy husband swaddling.
