i think you should first come to pakistan without wive and kids see how things are.. apply for jobs.. look for a house and when you are settled move your family.. coz other wize it would hurt ur kids education and would waste a lot of money if you dont decide to move after all.. Pakistan is the land of oppotunities go for it!!
