Man sues over ugly baby: Jian Feng, Chinese man, sues wife after she has ‘extremely ugly baby girl’
A Chinese man divorced and then sued his ex-wife for giving birth to what he called an extremely ugly baby girl, the Irish Times reported.
Initially, Jian Feng accused his wife of infidelity, so sure that he could never father an unattractive child.
When a DNA test proved that the baby was his, Feng’s wife came clean on a little secret – before they met, she had undergone about $100,000 worth of cosmetic surgery in South Korea.
Feng sued his ex-wife on the grounds of false pretenses, for not telling him about the plastic surgery and duping him into thinking she was beautiful, The Huffington Post reported.
The kicker? He won. A judge agreed with Feng’s argument and ordered his ex-wife to fork over $120,000.
“I married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter, we began having marital issues,” he told the Irish Times. “Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the point where it horrified me.”
yeah heard this a while ago. Find the guy disgusting, i MEAN even if you win based on expectation/reliance what will you tell your kid ? I didnt love you cuz you weren’t what I thought you’d look like.
Pathetic how materialistic we’ve become that we’re going against the basic human instinct to love our own kids.
And it wasnt love then was it? It was lust. But sad part is he was incapable of loving his own kid too.
well what if the guy is suing his wife for hiding her real non-plastic surgeried face from him? would you be ok with finding out after being married that your spousicle used to look like something else altogether? face, family jewels etc..
According to the article, that actually is what the man sued for and won. It doesn’t sound like the baby’s looks were actually part of the lawsuit.

*I believe we also had another article not too long ago where the man found out that his 2nd wife (used to be his kids nanny…he left his 1st wife for her) used to be a man and had sex-change operation before entering the country (Belgium I think?).

The man’s superficial and while we might disagree with his actions, he’s also feeling “duped” or taken advantage of - where’s the trust and honesty that he expected in the relationship.
