Okay so I colored my hair… i used this professional product (to be used by professionals in salons only) thing that i got frm a beauty supply store… said it wud lift medium brown to black hair 3-4 shades, the lightest being shimmering gold.. well i tried it, and it sure did lift the color!! It’s not golden blonde, but its a nice brown and I love the color! But the problem is that it’s only my roots and not the rest of my hair… so the top is light brown but the bottom is a dark dark dark brown/black.

i think tum ub koi dark shade la kar us say bal dye kar lo i think this is the only solution…

Nahiiii shireeen, I dont wanna do that! I dont wanna dye my hair black/dark ever again, its soooo hard for it to grow out Wud it be a gud idea to bleach it slightly or something? I will deff go to a salon now…

I don’t know. I had someone who screwed up their daughters hair and then after a couple of days she dyed it again to all one color.

Oh, you should have taken a pic of the top of your head then so that we could see it.
Well, I think you should either colour it all yourself, the same colour as the rest of your hair, or just go to a salon and get it done. I totally mess up my hair whenever I try doing it myself and always run to the salon the next day. I don’t think there’s a time limit or anything.

Well i’ve heard its better to wait a week or two, lightening dark hair is a slow process. I SO do not want to color my hair dark again, that’s the reason the rest of my hair didn’t color either… ugh..

the highlights look really nice on you. Don’t tell them to make it darker. Ask them first if they can blend in the rest of the hair with the highlights that you put in.
