I just got told by this guy that he would have considered me but I’m not old enough. He wishes I was 34/35.

I feel so much better now.

Well i would agree with the guy, i also feel there shouldn't be an age difference more than 5-6 years esp in an arranged marriage.

^ This. I know a few guys who're "looking"...they're between 33-36 and looking for someone who's at least 28 or older. They wouldn't even consider someone in their early 20's. So for a 40 year old man...to me it makes sense that he's looking for someone who's in her mid 30's.
