As a vulcan I thought you would be more logical. By increasing contraception and decreasing the age of sex education and seeing the increase has already meant the strategies are not working.
And as a fellow human being, you proved yourself to be one, by first assuming Im a Vulcan, and secondly assuming I meant 'increasing contraception' was the answer I was suggesting. Increasing the means wont help, educating people how to use it, and why they should use it does. You sound like the mollahs in Swat refusing polio vaccinations because they would make them infertile.
