Mostly it’s the European descendent who are considered white race. And those Europeans that have spread out in other regions such as American, Africa, Australia & the neighborhood. Russians are the only fair-skinned people who have their own distinct race. People from some parts of Russia are thought to be close to Asian people in their features but definitely not considered to be ‘white’.

Yes pendoos from Pakistan surely may assume them to be ‘white’ just as you have. So I understand the jahaalat of people back home & their tendency to assume every item that looks like AATA as ‘white’.
