Re: Im not a happy camper these days…
I usually fall sleep the minute I lie down on my bed to sleep! Its just getting myself to the bed that Im having problems with ![]()
Yeah, it makes the insomniacs feel soooo much better that you can doze off once you hit that pillow:snooty:.
Just kidding, LOL:)
So, taking Tylenol Pm, I went to sleep at 11 and woke up at around 2’ish. Wow, I think my insomnia can overpower the effects of Tylenol PM.
OMG!!! Psquared, I have super powers!!!
Eh…it’s not exactly the power I wanted…BUT it’s better than nothing.
Hmmm, I wonder if i can beat anesthesia…
(I really don’t wanna know)
Next up on the list…Benadryl (just got it yesterday)!

all ^ ur fault ![]()
P-Squared I have some suggestions for you. You can follow them if and when your mood permits.
Turn off all wireless devices 3-4 hours before your bed-time. It includes cord-less phone, cell fone, wireless internet router, etc. All electrical equipments release some amount of electromagnetic radiations, but the devices I mentioned above emit waves that travel. They can penetrate in different objects and also our body. Our body has an electromagnetic field of its own. The unnatural radiation from these sources disrupts our natural energy field and disturbs our normal rhythm. Prolonged exposure results in fatigue, insomnia, depression, loss of focus, loss of vigor and energy. These radiations also interfere with our endocrine system. We are nothing but a delicate and complex collaboration of hormones and neurotransmitters. Both (hormones and Neurotransmitters) are electrical signals, they drive our body, they are the ones that decide when to eat, when to sleep, when to reproduce, when to stay put and fight, when to run away and hide, testosterone defines a man, estrogen defines a woman. Ok .. lets not get carried away ..Simply put, all of these systems get affected by unnatural electromagnetic enerygy fields.
Satellites, radar stations (for weather forecast and defense), cellular phone base stations (that are now so eloquently placed at every 2 miles distance), are constanty emitting high intensity electromagnetic waves, every second of the day, and every day of the year. There is nothing one can do about it. Some environmentalists say that electromagnetic radiations are smoking, lead, and x-rays of 19th century. It will take federal government couple of decades and immense suffering of living beings (especially humans and honey bees), to reach any conclusions and form strict regulations. The research in this area is very limited and inconclusive. As individual safety measures, we can switch from wireless devices to wired ones, reduce the use of cell fone, cordless fone, iphone (keep them few feet away from your body and keep them turned off when not in use) remote control car keys, garage door openers, etc.
I will come back later sometime and write about milk, chamomile, and lavender, and the effect of sleep-inducing drugs. Adios for now.
Bonjour Mes Amis!!!!!!
It iz I, red velvet. Not an insomniac today, courtesy of Tylenol Pm. Bye bye-cramps. Bye-bye insomnia. Mmmm, hello, sleep.
hmm, I found a fragrant roll-on that my dad got on an airplane, which induces sleep. Contains lavender, sandalwood, geranium, nutmeg, and essential oil. Pretty interesting.
Bon soir (good night)

All you people that sleep at 10 and wake up at 6am, I am so so jealous. ![]()
