Alright, I have my bearings now. My psychiatry professor discussed a similar case with us, a Paki guy who was gay, had a boyfriend and was extremely obsessed with him, while that may not be the case here, I believe you're going towards a relationship with a guy, if I'm correct.
I advised you to see a psychiatrist and I stand by that argument still. Also, you should talk to someone who understands your background and religious point of view and not someone who is utterly ignorant of your predicament.
Now, if you're looking for people here to advise you on how to go on best telling your parents about it, I dont have any insights on the matter, and I think you should keep it to yourself anyway.
