ok first off he wasn’t looking for a source out of the Quran and from Dr. Abu Ameenah Bilal Philips (Philips??) anyway, so please save that for someone who’s gay and thinks its ok to be gay in Islam! Clearly he knows the end result. So i think your here opening up to us, for some sort of comfort, because you are unable to find that any where else. Which is totally fine, because i would do the samething. Now don’t get me wrong the first thing i do want to say to you is that please stay and atleast try to stay away from such a big sin. Now having said that, i know its prolly not as easy as its said.
I think you need to plan your life. “stay at home dad,”:aq: i really hope you were kidding! Anyway think of what you want when your dying, where do you wanna be at the end? Do you believe in the hereafter, if so where do you wanna end up and why? Do you have dreams,( like: childern)? How do you think you want to go about that?
To make it easier on you maybe take youself out for a second from the pakistani culture and Islam, and then answer these questions. You need to map out your life with what you want and your dreams. If you could pick your destiny, what would it be? If you were to ask me i’d say this is a test from ALLAH, but then again i’m not in your position.
This is kinda off topic, but at my university, a pakistani guy came to talk about how hard it is for him to be gay and all, i missed the lecture, but i think it would have been priceless:)!
I’m mean don’t get me wrong that i’m very understanding of people in their situations, but i still think it is haram, and that those people should not be going out of their way to infect society, with their problems. ( This is not meant towards you its to that guy who came to my university to talk about it).
First of all you started off complaining about the source and then you stated about argumentation reference from Quran, but the 3/4 portion you over looked is the social and moral argument of the human socialization and the condemns referred to biological aspect of the nature design…I hope you understand what I mean with biological design of nature ( and it has nothing to do with religion and if you still want to drag religion in argument you are more than welcome), anyway, please get over with your tunnel vision…
