I want to have rhinoplasty (nosejob) too, I want a Latino or Caucasian nose.

im sorry if this sounds mean, i really dont mean for it too, but first the skin whitening thing, and now a nose job... sounds a bit like a cry for help/attention, and a lack of self confidence.
you're a good looking girl by any culture's standards. and nose jobs are incredibly painful. you know they break your nose and reassemble it, right? its not an overnight thing. and what if you dont like the results?
but like someone said, if you got the cash and the pain tolerance, there ain't much we can say! its entirely your decision. good luck! :)

ok thats not what i said, and you should calm down. you're a very pretty girl and you dont need fixin' and the people in your life love you for you, not for who they want you to look like. have you talked to your fiance about it? if you're serious about this, you'll need his support.

You need to make a list of all the things you like bout yourself/body and focus on 'em.
You will realize that you have heaps of potential.
Feeling ugly comes from lack of attention as far as women are concerned,.
Its not a bad thing to seek attention of those who we love.
Doenst mean you are ugly.
And those that love you see you in a total different light.
See yourself from their eyes and you'd realize that you are beautiful

Other then that insecure feeling has nothing to do with appereance.
For example I am like "the most handsome" male on the planet but I use to feel depressed too.
So Stop looking inward on you self ---look outward-- talk to people--help people take care of you fiancee etc .
I am not surprised a pretty girl like your self think that way since I have little experience with those feeling my self too.

Yea well if you want to go for it then you can - its you're right to feel beautiful and confident the way yyou want to - i dont think anyone should tell you what to do, if you want to go for it and bear a pain which comes with it then you can but if someone else is telling you to go through it then screw him/her.
but well honestly, i just went to check about this whole rhinoplasty thing because i wanted to know why women go for it so much and i saw that they dont actually do wonders just make your face look a bit more pleasent (which they call it putting the whole thing in proportion). they dont reduce a huge nose's size to aishwariya's nose size they only cut it from here and there and thats it but yes you feel better about your looks - i have seen the before and after pictures at the doctors office and well i guess there's no harm in it. but again it doesnt change your looks completely.
i say go for it rather then thinking about it all your life and going i wish i could have gone through it and gotten a bit better for my own sake and sanity.
but yes say your pics you are beautiful - but its how you feel about yourself rather then anything else.

Like some others have stated, I dont think that rhinoplasty is going to change your look much. The only thing it may do is make your nose more symmetrical but I doubt it will look like those little button noses that some Americans have. Not to mention, an alteration can alter your breathing possibly.
I think if you added collagen to the upper lip, it may look a little distorted, and what I have noticed in celebrities is that you can OFTEN tell they have had their lips done, and its not very flattering in the long run. Your lips are fine as they are. The right makeup can add that affect if you really wanted it to.
You dont need to have every feature in your face stand out. To me, your eyes stand-out the most, and thats what most people look at anyway.
There will always be someone who finds one part of you more attractive than the other, no matter what you do with yourself, so I suggest that since you are already attractive, stick with what you have. But again, its your choice in the end.
Just remember, you have to be comfortable with yourself, and no matter how much you change your face, people who want to talk bad about you will always find something to talk about. So be happy with yourself.
