It’s quite simple really, Islam doesn’t allow Muslim women to marry Non-Muslim men, no matter what somebody feeling sorry for you says such a marriage will be invalid and hold no value under Islam, end of story.
Sorry but we don’t make the laws and we’re in no position to change them, we’re not the authority, Allaah is, the law has been revealed and certain things are written in stone. Christians and Jews changed the Gospel and the Torah to suit their whims or changing times or whatever, I’m afraid we can’t do that.
If following religion is important to your girlfriend (which I doubt it is as boyfriend-girlfriend relationships are forbidden) then she will only marry a Muslim, if not then I don’t see why she wants to have an Islamic marriage anyway, why not go ahead and have a court marriage or a church marriage if the Catholic church allows marriage to heathens?
You can’t claim to be sincere to religion and then negate some of it’s rules, sorry but you can’t have your cake and eat it too.
Sorry for being so blunt mate, but what’s the point in beating around the bush like a hypocrite? Some religions will say one thing one time and have something else wrote in the scriptures they claim to profess like a bunch of hypocrites, we can't do that. Best advice I can give you is embrace Islaam and submit to Allaah (Yahovah) alone as a monotheist and become a true follower of Prophets ‘Eesa (Jesus) Ibn Mary, Musa (Moses), Abraham and Muhammed (peace be upon them) not only will you be able to marry your girl and have a strong sense of identity for yourself and your family but you’ll be saved from the fires of Hell.
