As per my understanding (after watching the video and reading some of the comments above), IK invested some of the hospital charity money or endowment fund as it is known in a foreign company in order to generate profits to help with the running costs of his cancer hospital. The company made some losses (which can happen in any business). So how is that a fraud? There is no evidence that IK used any of that public money for personal gain. Is there?

If what you are saying is correct. What has stopped IK to take Kh Asif and co to the Supreme Court? Sue them for defamation. What is the delay?
