Easiest Garlic Bread Recipe :
If you are craving for something spicy ... try non traditional garlic bread :
Mix half tsp garlic paste with two tablespoons oil and then mix 4 tablespoons softened butter ... add dry herbs about half tsp ... salt to taste and black pepper ...
Now preheat the oven to 200 degrees and keep it on top grill mode ... Place 3 -4 slices of bread on a tray and put it in the oven for a quick minute ... when the upper side crisps slightly flip the slices around , apply layer of the garlic paste and pop it back into the oven .. give it two minutes as it will start browning .. when crisp pull it out and enjoy ..
Warning: the bread can take a minute to burn off , so do keep a keen eye on the bread until the last step ...

Re: Iftar recipes!
Buy premade gol guppay/paani puri shells. Make a chaat of chickpeas, diced boiled potatoes, finely chopped onion, lemon juice, whatever seasonings you like (chaat masala, etc). Crack anhole in the shells....spoon in the filling. Whip some yogurt until it is smooth and pour a spoonful on top of each shell. Then you drizzle aloo bukhara chutney or imili ki chutney on all the shells.
