Either it matters to you or it doesn't. But here's the thing - you can't change people's minds about such things - so we should just do what is most comfy for us. If you're secure with marrying a shorter guy because he's oh-so-wonderful, then whatever anyone else says won't matter much to you. Know thyself.

I blv height/weight is secondary.. if he/she has a great heart, loves you.. and is honest.. he/she is good for you.
There are some 'great pretenders' that spin tall tales and say they'd never marry someone shorter/fatter than them..and eventually due to love..they do! Why say it when you never know ;)

Nope doesn't bother me in the slightest, my fiance is a little shorter than me and a perhaps a little too big for his height, however, to me he looks great and I'm v. happy to be marrying him and look forward to a bright future.
But yes people do/will talk, I was all for wearing big heels on the wedding, but some people are concerned about the height difference, so are trying convice me to wear shorter heels.
